Resolved Teluguword setup.exe

    Hi all

    I am unable to install a software by name teluguword which has a setup.exe file which does not install on windows 7 and windows 8.1. It has worked initially but not sure what is preventing it from installing now. During installation it gets stuck at the font folder trying to copying the .ttf file to the windows font folder and does not go any further. I had tried this on 2 different laptops using windows 8.1. To add to this, I even disabled my antivirus just incase it might block it but to no avail.

    This problem came to light when I tried to extend the next 25 days using the original software CD as normally I do but not this time. Thinking something was not right I uninstalled and then tried to reinstall and found out the installation gets stuck at the font file as mentioned above.

    Kindly need your help.

    Right click on the Setup file and select "Run as Admin "

    Thanks for your response, I would normally use right click admin but still does not work.

    They are the best person to talk to as the website is very sketchy on any actual details and this is not a very popular software.

    I just discovered that it began to work on Windows 7 again after I just thought let me try to see if it worked after removing the remaining files left over on the previous installation. It initially had the same problem it had on windows 8.1 and now works fine. I believe it is an Operating System issue rather than an application issue.
