Latitude D620 failing to establish wireless connection

Dear All, i have a Dell Latitude D620 that detects my Access Points but will not connect despite accepting the access key. Looking at the Wireless Icon at the task bar, it keeps trying to acquire Network Address and when it finally acquires it, it gets disconnected immidiately. This cycly continues perpetually. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the drivers but that wouldn't solve the problem. I am sure I have more that enough IP leases as I also have other Laptops that connects to the wireless without problems. I would appreciate if anyone can advice urgently.
