Question [Can I access the internet thru my office network from home?]

Please Help

I use windows XP pro at my home. Is there any way through which i can access the internet thru my office network from home. Yes i have the privileges.I also have a HUAWEI ADSL modem

I have copied down every thing like ip address gateway address and subnet mask everything of my PC at office which is connected to the network which supplies internet 24x7

since i have a project to do which involves a lot of internet browsing i don't want to waste my download MBs, instead i would like to use the office internet.

Please help quickly the deadline is approaching...
Thanks in advance

aahh yes i have heard of some logmein and remote desktop that i don't like i prefer something like direct connection to the office network...

My System

Please observe Posting Rules #3 - Meaningful Subject - I have adjusted your title.

Quote:
You might wonder why a good subject is important. First it will act as a 'filter' for people that might be interested in reading your post. With just a subject of "Need Help with my computer", quite a few members will just skip your post. Furthermore, it would force one of our staff members to read your post & decide on the appropriate title. This takes time away from answering posts.

Another reason why we ask for appropriate titles is that this makes the WindowsBBS search more useful. If you post "I receive an error STOP: 0x00000050 after the desktop loads", a user doing a search on the "STOP: 0x00000050" error will most likely find your post in his search results & may be able to solve his problem with the solution (you hopefully received).

Using a good subject line is also helpful to Internet search engines (Google, MSN and others), it helps them to properly index your post, so when another user is searching for an answer to the same (or similar) problem/issue he may come across your post.

Nope. No can do unless of course you run some cable or a series of wireless extenders.
