Welcome to WindowsBBS

I don't see the connection between your printing problem and Microsoft Mail - moved to Networking.

That could be caused by a number of things, but I'd start with drivers. Try down loading the latest drivers from HP and install them.

Open the Printers folder on the PC, Right click on the printer and select properties. Go to the port tab and tell me what port is selected.

My System

Sir

From the port Tab i have USB001 (Virtual printer port for USB).
_____________________________________________________________
The printer was using IP address before the problem started. I normally have this kind of problem and once i connect it with PC and reset the IP address it will work. But now even when i connect it to single PC am having this problem.

I count on u.

Regards

That means it is pointing to the USB port to print. Look for a port called TCP/IP like this one.
