Win2k server with NIC1, NIC2 + ISDN connections

Could someone help me with this.

I have Win2k server and this connections installed:
PICTURE

NIC1 is connected to internal network, NIC2 is used for VPN and ISDN connection allows me remote connection to the server (also VPN).

As you can see I have "Incoming Connections" configured for ISDN.

Now, when I delete "Incoming Connections" my NIC's are working and everything is fine, but when I activate "Incoming Connections" one of my NIC's stop working (NIC2 which is connected to VPN across router) but ISDN and other NIC are working fine.
I have static IP for that NIC and when I activate Incoming Connections I can't ping that NIC (destination host unreachable).

But when I delete "Incoming Connections" everything is working fine again.

RRAS is configured for remote access, so maybe there is problem... don't know :/

I don't know where is that conflict between NIC2 and ISDN, so it would be great if someone could help me with some info.

thanks
