pci card speed

I have a Windows 2000 advanced server with 2 network cards. One on the mother board which connects at 100 mbs to the internal network and the other is a pci card which connects to a t1 line and shows a connection of 10 mb. It is a Realtek RTL8139(A)-based PCI Fast Ethernet Adapter. It is set to auto mode, if I change it to 100 full mode, I lose connection.

Does anyone have any ideas why I am not connecting at 100 mbs?

Thanks

Don't matter, unless you have some souped up T1.

Most T1 is in the range of 1.5 - 3 mbps.

T3 and frame relay can be faster than 10.

mike

EDIT: PS in ordrer to go 100 it has to be connected to a 100 device!
