Not sure if it does. Seen where a couple of people used it and said it worked good. By chance, can you transfer them to a SD card and then move the card to the other phone?

Another link and it is FREE. Guide on transfering contacts from HTC Wildfire to Apple iPhone 4

Or this one. How to move Android Contacts to your new iPhone

Didn't know that. Try the other links or you can make it have an SD Slot.

You might try something like this:
  1. If you don't already have a Gmail.com account, create one. (It's easy).
  2. Login to the Gmail account on your HTC and tell it to sync your contacts.
  3. Login to the Gmail account on your iPhone and tell it to sync contacts.
(Note that I don't have an iPhone to test this. It does work on many smart phones and tablets running some version of Android though).

My post #4, second link says you can do it that way also. Easy to set up a gmail account.

Set your phone to sync your phone's contacts and numbers with your Gmail account.

Don't know if you can transfer them thru Bluetooth or not. I know that HTC has a program that you can download to your PC and backup your phone that way.

For HTC HTC WildFire S – Copy contacts from Phone to Google Account

For iPhone iOS: How to back up
