Resolved Outlook 2003 Error: BCSRuntime.dll is missing

    Reinstalled Outlook 2003 (in XP Compatibility Mode) and the error still pops out after selecting a profile.

    The full message is "OUTLOOK.EXE - System Error The program can't start because BCSRuntime.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem. "

    How to fix it?

    Thanks Steve. I don't have Office 2010 installed.

    Oh, I found it under Microsoft Project Professional 2010!
