recover mails deleted from outlook 2003
I deleted the mails from my inbox around 5 hours ago, and from the deleted mails folder also in outlook 2003. recover deleted items option is not available in tools. can I recover the deleted mails

How can I recover items that I have "hard deleted" in Outlook?

this is a company PC with exchange server but these were old mails which no longer are on server. and the link you gave didnot help. outlook does not had recover deleted file option in tools

Unless there is a backup that can be restored - you're probably out of luck.
