Cannot delete old contacts in [Outlook] address book

I actually have two issues but here is the first one. I use Outlook 2003.

1. When I try to add a contact to my address book it says it’s unable as I’m too full ( I do have over 100 contacts ). But I am unable to delete my old contacts to put newer ones in there. Is there a workaround on this?

2. When I’m in my outlook, if I leave outlook open my wife cannot get into her outlook address book when she logs in (Different use same computer). I thought these two address books are different?

I did a search on here but nothing caught my eye that was related to these two issues.

Thanks.

I assume you refer to Outlook, not Outlook Express? Title edited.
