Error sending word attachments in outlook 2003

Hi,

This has happened on a few PC's so far. But it is not a constant problem, just occasional.
There has been e-mails sent with 3 differant named/sized doc's and the reciever get's them with the original names, but the contents of the doc's are the same. ie. if the originals were 1 page, another 5 and another 150 pages they would all come out as the same. It is random though, sometimes they would copy the smallest one, and sometimes the largest.

Anymore information needed and i am happy to give it.

Cheers,
Iain

Likely cause is antivirus program that scans outgoing mail on your comp, or recipient's ISP mail server antivirus or recipients av profram on his comp.

Try putting all the docs in a zip arcive (compressed folder in XP).
