Question Outlook [messaging] interface error

Up to April 28th I was getting email just fine. Now e-mail will not send/receive. If I click on a existing email I get an error message " The Messaging interface has returned an unknown error. If problem continues restart Outlook".

I have restarted outlook, I've rebooted my computer, I have "registry-fix" and have scanned my computer for possible errors.

I do not know where to look for "messaging interface" in outlook.

Thank you
V

My System

You'll have to create a new Outlook profile (yours is corrupted). In Control Panel, click the Mail (32-bit) icon and click the Show Profiles button and add a new profile.

Problem solved to "outlook interface problem"

The problem has been solved to my previous posting about the interface error message I kept getting.
I had reached my limit of capacity in my ffolders. I started with my "deleted" folders. Using the shift button to highlite I virtually cleaned out the deleted folder, making room. Then went to my sent folder, cleaned that out, then went to my InBox and cleaned house.
I'm back in business. Lesson: For every one e-mail received clean out 5 or more deleted messages or move them to other folders. Keep a clean house in your mailbox.
