Can't start Outlook

I have Outlook 2003, running on Windows XP. Last week I bought a blackberry Storm and have twice been able to synchronise it with Outlook. Now, however, when I try to open Outlook on the laptop, I get an error message that the application has encounter a problem and must close. Investigating further, I found this message:

Windows cannot find 'http//oca.microsoft.com/resredir.aspx?SID=2039&BucketTable=5$Bucket=1840138&LCID=1033$OS=5.1.2600.2 .00010300.2.0&DWVer=11.0.6555.0' Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again. To search for a file, click the Start button, and then click Search.

Does anyone know what this is and what it means? I went to the Microsoft support site, but they want $45 for every question you ask! Talk about highway robbery! I also tried to find this thing on my own, but no luck. In the meantime, Outlook is dead in the water.

Thanks for any help you may be able to provide.
