Outlook Express 6 -emails not being received by recipients
I have WindowsXP Home Edition and Outlook Express 6. Lately, I can receive all emails through my Outlook Express but whenever I send emails through Outlook Express 6 they "send" and show up as "sent" but none of my recipients receive the emails.
I can send myself a test email through Outlook Express and I receive the email through Outlook Express. I can also send a test email from my Outlook Express and go to my internet provider webmail and I can receive it there. The settings in my outlook express are still the same as usual for my internet provider (dialup).
So, for now, I have to use my internet provider webmail to do all my emailing.
I have run out of solutions.

This is a puzzler - if you could not send emails to yourself successfully I would suspect one of 2 things - corruption of OE or a problem with your ISP, but both possibilities need looking at.
There are a number of things to look at or try .....
The limit for *.dbx files (your folders in OE) is 2Gb, but OE plays funny long before then. Search for *.dbx files (include hidden files & folders) - are any in excess of, say, 1 Gb? Save a copy of all the *.dbx files to your hard drive as a backup - just in case
The Outbox may be corrupted - with OE closed delete Outbox.dbx. When OE is reopened Outbox will be recreated. Test
Reregister OE and it's associated library files as outlined in An Outlook Express basic repair kit note that the command regsvr32 msjava.dll will fail as you will not have msjava. Test
I would also delete your Temporary Internet files.
Try creating a new account with the same settings as the existing - important to start from scratch and not copy - and test.
If all of the above fail to resolve the problem you should have a word with your ISP.
I tried everything you said, with the exception of re-registering OE. Still my emails not being received by recipients. I emailed my ISP via their support email and waiting for them to reply before I call. Thanks. This is a puzzler!!
