outlook express overloaded

The machine has two user and email accounts. The non- administrator's outbox was overloaded with pictures and locked up. I tried to delete the dbx file as described in another thread, but when logged on as non-adm. the system will not permit the deletion and I cannot get to it as the adm. The system is XP. I have sought help from many places without sucess. Nothing seems to work exactly like the help suggest.

Win Explorer->Tools->Folder Options->VIEW tab -> There are three options to Hide file. Disable them and you should be able to find the outbox.dbx file.

outbox overloaded

Today I fixed it. First I changed the failed user account to an administrator account. Then I logged on as failed user. Then a search for outbox .dbx . It showed me the file and I deleted it . end of story
