Can't copy the items. [in Outlook]

Hello, I think theirs a problem with my e-mail server, I've restarted it, but the personal folders are dodgy. (When I try to move stuff from the public folders it says 'Can't copy the items. The file path\filename.pst could not be accessed.') But I can still read things put into this. I can move things into different personal folders, and have made 3 different new ones and it’s the same with all the new ones I make. Any ideas?
