HELLO:
WINDOWS XP/OUTLOOK EXPRESS 6
I was told that "if you have something in Drafts folder and want to add to it, you just go ther, double-click it ,then proceed.
But it does not work that way. i have to send it to myself, work on it ther, then put back into drafts folder.
Today i chose "move to folder" Drafts, but i get a Dialog box that states "can not save this message". I then tried Copy to folder, Drafts and it worked.
Would i be better off putting it in my documents, then every day open it up and add to it ???

Didn't find the information you thought to find? Check out these Similar Threads
1) Create a new message. It must have a recipient and a subject.
2) Choose File > "Send later". Now, the message is in the Outbox and will be sent the next time you click "Send/Receive" (a message window appears and tells you about this).
3) Open the Outbox, right-click on the message and choose "Move to folder" > in the window that appears, choose "Drafts".
4) Now, you should be able to edit the message and save the changes (I could) and it stays there until you choose to send it.
If you start a new Mail Message and click File->SAVE it will save the mail in the Draft Folder....You can then add/edit the mail and click File->Save again to save the new information.
Even if you just hit the close button... you'll get a message Do you want to save changes to this message. If you click yes, your message will be saved in the Drafts folder.

You may wish to use more than one but i don't.
As to CAPS, look at your car name, street signs, STOP signs,Plus if i were writing this by hand with pen on paper it would be caps because the only way i can write lower case letters by habnd is in Script or Longhand as it is sometimes called. (actually i find all caps easier to read)

As I responded the first time, clicking is optional. Others have found the link useful!

I was putting it nicely, indicated by the word "please". I will not continue this argumentation since I'm sure that I will never get you to see it my way. Maybe someone else will?

This form of typography also appears in on-line forums. It was once an inevitable byproduct of using machines with limited support for lowercase text (such as certain dumb terminals, early Apple II models), but as full support of ASCII became standard, it became solely identified with "shouting" or attention-seeking behaviour. As a result, netiquette generally discourages the use of all caps.
Since the use of all capital letters can be considered a form of shouting, posting a forum message entirely in all caps is often taken as a sign that the poster is a newbie or a troll. Usage of all caps is also often associated with members of the America Online service. More experienced users will sometimes jocularly use all caps in parody of such users.
