    Welcome to WindowsBBS;)

Could you shed a whole lot more light on the subject please.

In theory - you should be getting an error message. We'll need to know what it says.

Is the same person of people that the mail won't send to?

Is this a laptop and the problem only happens when you're at a different ISP?

I have seen this happen when one or more of the people in the group had something wrong with the address. Usually it will send it and then will give you a return mail stating such, but not always.

Spam filters in action? Have you asked them to check their junk mail folder (anti spam settings)?

Some ISP's employ (and also enforce) their spam filters on customers (occasionally without their knowledge).

Without knowing specifics it will be difficult to resolve this situation but I'm confident Windows Mail is not the issue here.
