Resolved Can't Install Win Live Mail 2011

    Hi, I keep getting an error "You already have a different build flavor of windows live Essential 2011.So I can't install" I have uninstalled my older versions of Win Live, like Mail,Photo Gallery,Messenger etc.Does anyone know why I can't install the software? It downloads with no troubles.
    I have a new Asus K50AF with Win 7 Home Premium.

    Windows live Essential is the new anti virus software. In theory it should't be getting in the way.

    I've seen several recent threads about WLM 2011 causing a lot of problems. And that even the updates to it are causing problems. You might consider waiting a few weeks.

    Hi Steve & thanks for getting back to me. I put the link to Windows Live Essentials in this reply but I didn;t see anything about AV. Maybe I'm missing it.

    I thought I got a Windows Update of this in my other PC (Desktop) and I loaded it with no problems there. I can't figure this glitch out Steve. Thanks again,
