I am using Windows Live Mail as my mail server & my OS is Windows XP. I recently installed MS Office 2010 & now when I compose an email msg in WLM & insert my contacts name from my contacts list, it includes the name & email address. I want it to show only the contact's name or email address, NOT BOTH. I consider this to be to risky.

Outlook Contacts has an option called-> Display As If it shows both - edit it to look like you want.

    I don't have WLM so I can't look...But food for thought:

If you get this set like you want it and you send a mail to Bob, Ted and Alice....Alice for exapmple can right click on Bob an Ted's address and select Properties...She would then be able to see and copy their full address.
