When I set up Outlook it asked how long to keep email on the server. I cannot find the setting to change it now. I am using Microsoft Office 2010.

To save me booting the laptop up which has Outlook 2010 installed I'm looking in 2007 which is probably the same .....

Tools > Account Settings - highlight the account and click on Change

In the Change Email Account window click on More Settings and then on the Advanced tab - the setting is there.
