One of my staff members has totally messed up her outlook and can't send an email. I think the only solution is the uninstall outlook and then reinstall it. However, she doesn't wont to loose her info. What is the best way to accomplish this?

I think you'd do it the same way I do it with my Outlook Express. I click on Start Menu, Programs, Accessories, Windows Explorer. I then click on My Computer, Local Disk (C), Documents and Settings, My name, (John Doe) and then I go down the list of applications and click on Microsoft. On my computer the second item in the Microsoft folder is Address Book. I click on that and there are just two items in the folder, an address book icon, and a file called John Doe.wab. The file John Doe .wab contains all the contact information and email data and folders. I select them both and drag them to a folder in My Documents on another drive altogether (even a floppy if you have a floppy disc drive). Then I can reformat my hard drive and replace those .wab files when I'm finished and I will have retained all of my email data. It's the same way I save My Favorites if I'm formatting my drive only it's in a different place.
