    Sorry but I can't get the outlook version number... otherwise: Office Pro 2003 (w/ all available updates) on Win XP Pro (w/ all available updates).

    I recently installed “Microsoft Office Outlook Connector 12.0 “ to be able to see my hotmail "live" emails in Outlook.
    Everything was fine until I tried to add a second hotmail address.
    Now, Outlook crashes at startup. When starting in safe mode it stops at the point of migrating user accounts during the configuration phase.

    I have uninstalled outlook several times. I have re-installed outlook and the whole office suite 3 times!! I have also un-installed “Microsoft Office Outlook Connector 12.0 “.

    I have tried to delete every outlook file on my pc to no avail, since the user-account info is still there every time I re-start the pgm!! I have used “Windows Install Clean Up” to try to eradicate everything…. nothing works!
    Any idea how to remove the user-data configuration files that outlook is picking-up would be much appreciated. The only ones that should exist at this point are back-up *.pst files I copied to a folder myself.

    TIA - Scott :eek:

    Try Control Panel->MAIL

    See if you can get into and zap the hotmail account.
