Microsoft Outlook on Windows XP [Remove multiple mailboxes]

    Me and my workmate do share a machine , so its like when one of us want to check emails we change settings on Microsoft Outlook, like changing the mail box.So one of the days it happened that we could not remove the names , and its like we now have got eight Mailbox names . I dont know how this happened since i am not that knowledgeable .We dont know how to remove the names . We are no longer changing the names in fear of creating a lot of mailboxes , how do we remove them is a problem now

    After backing up you .pst files go into Control Panel->Mail->Profile and remove the extra ones.
