using Outlook 2003 and when I compose an email, in between the paragraphs I have (1) single space. when I send this email out & send a copy to myself, the receipants get the email the way I sent it. BUT in my inbox when I view the same letter, I have (3) spaces between the paragraphs, not just 1. The letter in my inbox is different than the one I sent. The same letter in my sent box is showing the correct format.

    Need help.
    Bill..

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't there a small bar above your message that says "Extra spacing was removed" (or something similar)? Click that and it should show the correct spacing.

Yes, but that doesn't do anything to fix the problem.

What email provider are you using? My guess, in that case, is that your server is doing it. . . But since I'm new to Outlook, you should wait for someone else to help you if that isn't it. :) Sorry.
