Outlook 2003 - I use two computers, a home office desktop and a laptop. On one project I would like to use my desktop at home and laptop at a client and be able to keep both copies of Outlook 2003 synchronized for any e-mails sent or received through one e-mail account.

I have created a rule to move all sent mail through the one account to a special sent folder and then by exporting all mail received on my desktop to a couple of folders, can import all this and essentially synchronize the two Outlooks.

When receiving mail I can move all the e-mails to a special account and they are not duplicated. Is there a way to move all mail Sent through a particular account to a designated folder and delete the mail that is kept automatically in the Sent folder? - It appears to move a copy which then shows as unread in the new special sent folder, but I cannot see how to automatically, by rule, delete the original in the Sent folder.

My objective is to easily synchronize one e-mail account on two Outlooks, if anyone has any better ideas for this.

    Thanks,

    RobF

I use the leave mail on server option so that both machines receive the same mail.

I BCC myself when I want sent mail on the other machine.

Thanks, Yes I only take mail off the server on my home desktop, so I do receive everything on both machines after I travel, but I hadn't figured out the sending - BCC is certainly an option - I'll be interested to see if anyone else has other suggestions
