I have installed Office Outlook 2003 V 11.6568.6568 SP2. I am trying to move all of my saved files and contacts into it and I am having no luck at all. The back up was created with Office Outlook 2002. It is a Outlook Backup .pst file. I can see that data is in the file as it is 265 KB in size. I have spent 2 days trying to get my data into my new copy of Outlook and no luck. I have been following the Outlook help but I am stuck.
Any and all help will be appreciated.

Maybe you can describe what you tried?

I've only imported from Office 2003 > Office 2003, but never had any problems.

I use File > Import and Export from the Outlook menu. Then I choose Import from another program or file, next you choose Personal Folder File (.pst) to import from.

Thank you both for the replies. I still am unable to get the file moved/opened. I have used the import export function and it seems as if it is doing something but when I open any and all personal folders in Outlook I can find nothing at all. Any other advice will be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks, Jeff
