what file contains all my emails on Outlook?

I have Outlook 2003. What file holds all my Inbox mails, Contacts, etc? If I backed up this file, will I be able to restore all my emails onto another PC?

When I installed Outlook, I just stuck with the default settings, but I can't find the file that contains all my emails. Thanks in advance.
