the IMPORT/EXPORT option does not work

    I have Outlook 2003 installed on Win XP. When I click on the "Import / Export" option, it tells me the option is not available, and to re-run set up to install it and to "run from my PC ".

    I uninstalled it, and re-installed it several times, but I still can't use the IMPORT/EXPORT option. Any suggestions how to fix this problem? Thanks.

    Need to click on/highlight Personal Folders and then File->Import-Export
