Two days ago MS OUTLOOK 2013 stopped sending and receiving emails. My wife can still receive emails via OUTLOOK 2010 without any problems. I have compared the account settings between OUTLOOK 2013 and OUTLOOK 2010 and I cannot find any differences except the data file (pst) name

I have verified my email settings several times (I have not changed them for over a year). I have repaired the MS OUTLOOK data (pst) file via the Control panel - Programs and Features. I have also deleted MS Office Pro 2013 and reinstalled it. I have deleted my mail account and redefined it, I have defined a new data (pst) file and it copied my old data file to it. I have run MalWare Bytes to search for malware and I have run Norton Full System scans for viruses and found no viruses or malware.

    My email server is bellsouth.net

Does anyone have any ideas as to what might be my problem or what to do?

AT&T may be of some help here.

Had a friend that had a problem like this. His wife's account on the same PC would work but his wouldn't. They had to change the POP3 and the SMTP ports on his and hers were fine. I agree that a call to AT&T/BellSouth is in order here.

Thank you for the quick replies.
I did what Tomhardware.com suggested in Options, Advance and Send/Receive and check Send/Receive as soon as... box :)and it works now - at least for now.
