I'm running Outlook 2003, and noted that by default, the fields provided in view menu don't have all I want. And I know how to reset a particular folder's views to add or move a field. (eg. add "Sent" date). But I've not yet been able to find anything that can be used to change all the folders fields, or even to change the default fields when a new folder is created.

Does anyone know how to do this, or even where I might post that question to get help (this section of Windows BBS seems to not be very active)?

    PeteC,

Thanks for your links. I searched all over to find this, probably not using the right search terminology. I think this got me what I needed.
