I can also see Registry Mechanic running, which is rather bad news. I suggest, you uninstall it.

I have a long story on another thread about the 3rd party screensavers not working in my XP. I can Add it and preview it but when I apply it and say ok then go back to Display the screensaver message is None. These screensavers have worked for years on this very same computer and now they just don't. A couple of the guys on my other thread told me to do this DDS thing and put it on this Thread. And I don't really know what I'm doing. I think some fix from Microsoft really fixed it.
I have McAfee running. What does PCtools reg. mech. do bad? I bought a subscription :-*
Should I replace all the registry stuff it's removed? The computer is working and even when I reboot it still works.

Oh, OK, I can see McAfee running. I missed it.
As I said, this forum deals with security issues only. There is only limited access to this forum, just you and me, so I still suggest, you go back to your original thread, regarding screensaver.

As for Registry Mechanic, short answer: there is no reason whatsoever to play with registry. Your only "gain" may be a serious problem(s).
If the computer works fine, don't reverse any changes, but don't make any more of them either.
