When you login to Windows? You need to tell me little bit more.
From that point, you're not able to do anything on your computer?
If so, see, if you can login to Safe Mode (restart computer, and keep tapping F8 key until menu appears).
Sorry about that i can go to internet and stuff but the only thing that wrong is i can't access my "My Computer" and everything in there and the c0000013 Message is still here. that about it.
And i also tried the Safe Mode just now but that doesn't seem to work.
What does exactly happen, when you try to boot to Safe Mode?
Also, in Normal Mode, I need to know what works, and what doesn't.
Does it boot all the way to Normal Mode?
Can you do anything in Normal Mode, or you're stuck at the error?
I simply need more detailed description of your problems.
Why do you need to access "My Computer"?
Did you try to download any of the programs, I asked about?

I tried to run the Safe mode but when i click on it it lead me back to when i first turn on the computer.
In Normal mode most work the thing that doesn't work is my My Computer
Reason i want to access my computer because i got some of my personal file that i save before but when i try to open it froze the My Computer window. Also my McAfee doesn't seem to respond im guessing that because the My Computer doesn't work.
And no i haven't download any other programs other then Java that u suggested.
