macros in i386 folder

I use AVG 8.0 anti-virus. When I ran a scan it isolated two files that contain or may contain macros--i386/Apps/App30227/m3561414.cab and i386/Apps/App30227/m3561414.cab:\EXPTOOWS.XLA_1033. When I attempted to move them to the virus vault I received a message saying "moved object is bigger than archive siaze limit." I increased the virus vault size as large as I could and still got this message. I cannot view any details of this file as something called PC Angel prevents me from accessing the files on the D:\ which is primarily used as backup. Should I be concerned about this and if so what should I try next? Thank you for any information.

Welcome to WindowsBBS kkkurth

Those files are safe. You might consider reporting that detection to AVG though, so they can add them to their whitelist.
