Thumbs up [Active] Unable to connect to online tech support or AVG.com due to trojans

Hello there:

I think I have discovered the reason that I have been unable to contact any site that has to do with anti - virus anything:
AVG, Mcafee, etc. I have been trying to update the AVG software for the past 3 days. I was able to complete a scan without the updates and found about 40 different trojan listings in the virus vault section. I tried to install the rss? file suggested on this forum and it blocks this site as well.

Please download DDS and save it to your desktop.
  • Disable any script blocking protection
  • Double click dds.scr to run the tool.
  • When done, DDS.txt will open.
  • Click Yes at the next prompt for Optional Scan.
  • Save both reports to your desktop.

I may ask for the Attach.txt log later, so keep it handy.
