[InActive] Sinowal.Trojan and a few Others

Okay. Before I explain anything, I would like yout to know that I get a run error when I try to run the RCSI Scan thing, (or whatever it is). So I was on a website yesterday, and my computer randomly restarted. When I re-booted it, my windows firewall thing popped up saying that I have a sinowal.trojan. So I downloaded this software called "Perfect Defender", and scanned my computer. Five different threats came up. Here they are:

Spyware.RemoteSpy[B-type]
Spyware.NokKernel
Sinowal.Trojan
Hacktool.DeepUnfreeze
Dialer.Driver

Please, if anybody could tell me how to remove these, I would greatly appreciate it Thank you in advance for your help. Also. I am new to all of this log posting, so please be patient with me, and tell me how to do it the easiest and fastest way. Please and thank you. Here is my HijackThis Log:

My System

Hi Stalingrad

Perfect Defender is a rogue. You've been duped my friend. We need to see what else is present before going forward. Please download DDS and save it to your desktop.
  • Disable any script blocking protection
  • Double click dds.scr to run the tool.
  • When done, DDS.txt will open.
  • Click Yes at the next prompt for Optional Scan.
  • Save both reports to your desktop.
---------------------------------------------------

Please include the contents of the following in your next reply:

DDS.txt

I may ask for the Attach.txt log later, so keep it handy.
