All Windows Programs Gone!

Hello everyone,

I have recently posted about a current problem i have with any program with the word "Windows" or "Microsoft" in it......... such as Windows Media Player, Windows Notepad, Windows Movie Maker, Microsoft Paint, ect. I also cannot download any windows updates!
I have ran HJT and came up with this log.....

Welcome to Windowsbbs

Please do this.

Download RSIT by random/random and save it to your desktop.
Double click RSIT.exe to start the tool and click Continue at the disclaimer.
When the scan completes it will open a log named log.txt maximized, and a log named info.txt minimized.
Please post the contents of both logs here in your next reply.

I have downloaded RSIT but i cannot open the txt document for i have no Notepad/Wordpad. It just opens the command prompt and no document appears

Hello everyone and thankyou for your concern Geri,
I have recently found that when my computer recently tried to install SP3 the computer had crashed causing the windows programs to be deleted in the progress. This was a unforseen error on my behalf and i thank Geri for your concern.
