Don't know what's going on with this thing.
How can you tell what virus you have??? I have no idea! Hi suetcasPlease do this. here or here and save the file to your desktop.mbam-setup.exe to install the application.Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware , then click Finish.
If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
Once the program has loaded, select 'Perform Quick Scan ', then click Scan .
The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
Make sure that everything is checked , and click Remove Selected .
When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart. (See Note below)
The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
Post the entire report in your next reply along with a fresh HijackThis log. Now this. Here disable realtime protection applications as they sometimes interfere with the tool. this link for any applicable programs you may have.Close all open programs and windows Double click combofix.exe and follow the prompts.
Vista users When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post the Combofix log

Very slow I more or less trying to blame it on my neighbors for picking up on my router and dsl but now I know it has to be something else..I getting all kinds of pop-ups girlie things NFL things things that are in my google search that I didn't search for pertective downloads..I downloaded real player (to watch big brother) and at&t secruity suite which obviously doesn't work..I am old and disabled and I do use my computer ALL the time. Can you help?? Thank you for contacting me I appreciate it more than you know..Sue

Can't get it to work
Geri, you gave me a malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (MBAM) from here or here ..I tried each one individually and this is what I got..The requested URL /files/3e6260b81898beacda3d16db379ed329/spyware/mbam-setup.exe was not found on this server.
