Virus has taken over my computer, I need help

Well I bet this does not hapen too often here, there is 36K charactors limit on a post and the 2 reports were about 40K

Some minor cleanup is all. Looks like you're in good shape. Didn't get a chance to do any posting yesterday, and on a short lunch break right now, so I'll post instructions tonight.

Hehehe .. did you noticed Kaspersky flagged the script we used to download ComboFix as infected? It's a behavior based detection ........ Trojan-Downloader.JS.gen
Go ahead and delete the download_file.exe and download_file.vbs files from the desktop.

Open the Norton interface and delete all items in quarantine.

Open HijackThis and select View the list of backups.
Select all items and Delete.
Close HijackThis.

Click Start>Run and type ComboFix /u then hit Enter to uninstall ComboFix and remove the files it has quarantined. This action will also reset the System Restore points, removing the infected files there as well. The C:\Deckard's folder will also be removed. You can delete any logs that were created/saved too. If a ComboFix.exe or FomboCix.exe file remains on the desktop, delete it.

Download ATF Cleaner by Atribune and save it to your Desktop.

Double click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Check the boxes to the left of:

Windows Temp

Current User Temp

All Users Temp

Temporary Internet Files

Prefetch

Java Cache

Recycle bin
The rest are optional - if you want it to remove everything check "Select All".
Finally, click Empty Selected. When you get the "Done Cleaning" message, click OK.

Reboot

That should wrap things up, but if you want, run another Kaspersky scan to verify all has been removed. Let me know how the computer is behaving now.
