I.E. Constantly opening displaying useless/pointless things i do not need!

Hi, i am having the same problems with I.E. as someone (Praveen) one of your staff previously helped. I.E. is constantly opening up multiple windows displaying useless things. I have decided to use Firefox as my main browser, but even before i decided that, i was still getting this problem. I was reading through one of the forum in which you helped Praveen with this problem and followed the instructions in downloading the programs stated and have included the reports from each program.

Could you please help me with sorting this problem out! Would really appreciate any help you can provide.
