Win32.agent.gvu infection

Hello,
I picked up the subject infection off a bogus codec and detected it with Spybot (though not with Norton or Adware). Tried removing it with Spybot, but being self repairing (I guess) its still hanging in there. I have searched around for a removal tool/procedure but can only find ones that remove every other Win32 agent except gvu. I would really appreciate a nudge in the right direction.
Regards
Rick
