Thanks for the speedy reply, as usual. The file was found with webroot spy sweeper with anti-virus, and there is no file location. I will do what you said and post in a minute.

Small problem, other people use the computer. My mom logged onto her account today and it is acting very weird. Almost like she has never used it before and she has to start from square 1. Not only that, but her internet explorer is acting weird and very slow. I also cant seem to open the recycle bin or drag anything into it.
Apparently when you were helping me with the original problem, my dad thought that he needed to do a sweep with that spyware sweeper. I dont know if that had anything to do with what happened but something is definitely weird.

That detection is based on behavioral patterns, and without a filename it may be tough to track down. Lets try another scanner. Please do a system scan with Trend Micro's Housecall. After accepting the agreement, a compatability check will be done and you may be prompted to choose a plug-in. Pick one and continue, then run the full scan. When complete, click the results tab and copy the results then post here.
We may need to get a Deckards log from each user account. How many accounts are there?
There are 4 accounts I can do a scan for each account if that will be what it takes. BTW it just told me that firefox is not set as my current browser just like on my moms account. Ill do that virus scan and if you want I will do a deckards scan for each account.
I just remembered that they are all administrator accounts, if that matters.
Slight problem. I scanned, it went for like an hour and a half. No logs or anything popped up in the end, but it did say that it removed some stuff from the machine
Edit: I just was told by my dad that when he loggs onto his account, something tries to install itself.
