So, when i got to school this morning and tried to go on the internet, like i always do, before class starts, I get this warning from AVG saying that it cant open my browser (slimbrowser) due to a trojan horse. it has to do with this
"sheur.wfv"
google has no idea what it is - i am completely at a loss. im using my laptop all the time lately as my monitor is STILL in the shop (a month & 1/2 later).
i tried a couple times to do a system restore, but it wouldnt work. my brother said not to anyway cuz it normally doesnt work.
so, what do i do? i can use internet explorer but not slimbrowser, but slimbrowser operates on all of IE's settings. im so confused by this! even if i clean it through AVG, delete slimbrowser and reinstall it, the trojan is still there!
help!!

Seems to point toward a false positive. I'd say see if can find out if avg quarrantined a file and what the file is. It may be a desired file, part of a browser toolbar or even Google Toolbar.
The same problem with SlimBrowser and the trojan started for me after the automatic AVG update this morning. After suffering without SB for hours since uninstalling/reinstalling didn't correct anything, I opened up AVG and asked for another update. This update cured the problem. I reinstalled SB, and it works without trojan warnings.
