I did read the rules and saw that this had been brought up at the end of June but my problem is slightly diff. Just online, bought Norton anti-virus and tried to upload..thought i had but 1 week later i realised i hadnt installed it properly. It wont let me install until i remove all the viruses - have sorted out the spyware but have two files coming up with Infostealer.Gampass and i dont know what to do - please help . I am a pc baby so any advice would be wonderful . Thank you very much in advance

You did the right thing creating a new topic rather than trying to do your own repair based on someone else's problem. In general, each computer varies in what it might be infected with, so cleanup procedures will vary as well. Alright, let's get busy.
Please download the HijackThis Installer from here, then run a scan and save the log. Post the contents of that log here.
