Hello and welcome to WindowsBBS Removing Spyware & Viruses forum.

I have looked over your log and have not found anything to indicate any problems.

The location of the viruses indicated by KAV show them to be in system restore, which does not pose a threat. If you Set A New System Restore Point this will remove those findings by KAV.
