shell32.dll and ntoskml.exe show up on virus scan as "result change" and "status..."

hi

when running AVG i get two results that concern me; they read "c:\windows\system32\shell32.dll" and "c:\windows\system32\ntoskml.exe" and the note next to them reads "result--change," "status--changed"(past tense--does that mean it's the antivirus progam has fixed it?)

maybe they are nothing but after you helped me fix a major problem last time i would rather be safe than sorry. it just seems funny that the antivirus sweep identifies them but does not delete them? or isn't it? thanks in advance and my hijack log is below.
