Instant Dialler Problem...........

Hi! I'm new here & still figuring things out. I think this should be a new thread but the 'new thread' button isn't showing up for me.

I, too, am plagued by the awful Instant Access Dialer, which is bumping me off the internet at every turn. Below is my HijackThis log. Could someone please give me some advice?
