Won't boot all the time - Hijack log included

I posted in the Windows XP forum about my computer not booting all the time. I put in a new hard drive and copied everything over from the old drive, it worked good for a couple days but now I am having the same problem. I have AVG and it isn't finding any problems. Do you see any trouble in the Logfile? I am going to try Avast next. Can I run it with AVG also installed?

Ok, well I sure don't see much of anything out of the ordinary.

What was the results of the other thread, and what was hapening when the system didn't boot, were ther error messages, would the entire syetem not load or what?

We have a few things to fix, unless you want all the poker stuff, if so, just ignore those. The other items are nit-picks more than anything else.

Please go to Add/Remove, and if found, uninstall the following:
PartyGaming
Bogdog
Ultimate Bet

Run HJT, and place a check next to the following lines, then, with all browsers and windows closed, hit 'Fix checked':

R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = http://www.intellicast.com/IcastPage...r&prodnav=none

R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Default_Page_URL = http://www.gatewaybiz.com

O9 - Extra button: Bodog Poker - {F47C1DB5-ED21-4dc1-853E-D1495792D4C5} - C:\Program Files\Bodog Poker\BPGame.exe

Search for, and delete, if found, the following files/folders:
C:\Program Files\UltimateBet<<<<---this folder
C:\Program Files\PartyGaming<<<<---this folder
C:\Program Files\Bodog <<<<---this folder

Reboot, run HJT, if the above are gone, no need to repost with new log.

So far the only replys have been that is might be the power supply or a bad capacitor. When it doesn't start up there is nothing on the monitor at all. It doesn't even get that far. I have to keep shutting the power off until I get lucky and it starts. Here is a link to my post.

Won't boot all the time.

Yeah after reading that, highly unlikely this is a malware problem. More than likely hardware\software troubles.
