Help removing SpyAxe and retoring hijacked browser

Help!

My computer has been invaded by some malwale. Specifically: SpyAxe 3.0 and my browser (Internet Explorer) has been hijacked by a URL "www.systemwarning.com". For what it is worth, SpyAxe seemed to be inactive until I tried to uninstall it.

My McAfee virus scanner is not reporting any problems, but it had been reporting the presence of valert[1].ui. I deleted that file, but I suspect that was an incomplete response. SpyBot Search and Destroy is not reporting any problems.

I use PKZip, so the presence of TsAdBot is tolerated, but I can delete it if needed.
