My Computer is suddenly gone really slow and slow internet

Recently my computer has started running extremely slowly especially my internet. My download rate is usually around 80-100kb but recently the download speed has not been any higher thann 20kb. Whenever the speed reaches anything higher than 20kb the speed shoots down to an extremely slow rate. Also java applets have taken forever to load. I have tried all the spyware removers like spybot, ad-ware and cw shredder. Also i have done a full system virus scan. I removed some viruses but the performance of the system has not improved.

If someone please help me it would be greatly appreciated.
Thank You

Heres my Log File:

My System

Welcome to WindowsBBS gabbo

Create a new folder named HJT and move HijackThis.exe to it.

If you did not choose to install Messenger Plus 3 without the sponsors/ad supported software, uninstall it and do a custom install without it.

Scan again with HijackThis and place a check next to the following entries. Close ALL other windows and click fix.

R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = http://pxlhhoyxbjczgrwbcu.net/o0rwj...h8AJiDdhSJp.cgi
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {D80C4E21-C346-4E21-8E64-20746AA20AEB} - (no file)
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [l1jeJ] C:\WINDOWS\feybqxnc.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [MessengerPlus3] "C:\Program Files\MessengerPlus! 3\MsgPlus.exe"
O4 - Startup: PowerReg Scheduler.exe

Right click My Computer and choose properties. On system restore tab, check the box to turn off. OK out.

Either reboot and repeatedly tap F8 to enable the start menu and select safe mode, or go to start>run and type msconfig, hit enter. On the boot.ini tab, check the box next to /safeboot and click OK. Click yes to restart. This will restart your computer in safe mode. Logon to your user account.

Now in safe mode, you will need to show hidden files and folders, as well as system files and extensions for known file types.

Search the drive for and delete all instances of the following files and folder.

powerreg scheduler.exe
powerreg schedulerv2.exe
powerregschedulerv3.exe
powerreg
<<<<<Program Files folder

Open C:\WINDOWS and delete the file feybqxnc.exe.
Open C:\Temp if present, select all and delete.
Open C:\Windows\Temp, select all and delete.
Open C:\Windows\Prefetch, select all and delete.
Open C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\temp, select all and delete. Do this for all username folders.
Open the control panel, then internet options and delete the temporary internet files, checking the box for offline content. Then, still in the control panel, open the Java Plug-in, click the cache tab and then clear.
Open My Computer, right click Local Disk C: and choose properties, then disk cleanup. Check all boxes except compress old files and click OK. Be patient, this may take a while.

If you used msconfig, uncheck the /safeboot box and click ok to reboot. Upon reboot you will be greeted with a message window from the System Configuration Utility. Check the box not to use and don't show, then click OK. If you used F8, just reboot back into Windows.

Run another HijackThis scan and post the log.
